We're finally settling down
More moving = more evolving.
What happened
We started on this evolution last year when we realised that our old aesthetic didn’t represent us any more. We’re not a wellness clinic. We’re not a spa. Hell, we’re not even a massage studio at this point - we specialise in bodywork and massage therapy. And so finding the tones, images and general brand that spoke most to us so we knew how to speak to you was integral.
We also wanted to show up with a kick arse new booking system. So we tried to integrate everything into one place and, frankly, we over-engineered it. The result was a complex version of a simple problem.
Like a massage, pain ≠ failure, it’s simply feedback. And we’re responding accordingly.
What’s changing
We’ve tried a couple of options and now we’re finally thrilled to have settled down with a brand new booking system that we know is going to work*.
Our goals as a business have always, and will always, centre around community. What we do, we do for you - we know that those buzz words like “self care” and “authenticity” and “wellness” can feel a bit alienating when all you want to do is make sure your body is cared for, maintained and able to carry you through whatever life throws at you.
We are comfortable enough to put our hands up when we’ve effed up, when we’ve tried to solve a problem and instead made things ten times more challenging than they had to be.
But we’re back, and we’ve found a solution that does all of the things we need it to and that fundamentally serves you.
