If you’re planning to use a health cash plan like Health Shield or MediCash, or claim through a health insurance policy, this page outlines what you need to know before booking.
If your provider covers massage therapy, we can issue an invoice to support your claim. Use the booking form on this page to request your appointment — we’ll use the details you provide to create a detailed invoice.

Before booking, check directly with your provider to confirm they accept your therapist’s qualification or professional association. We are not responsible for declined claims.
Please note:
If you book without completing the form below, we cannot issue an invoice afterwards.
This form must be filled out in advance and in full if you intend to make a claim.
Once your appointment has been invoiced, paid, and scheduled, any rescheduling must go through the studio directly. Do not attempt to reschedule online.
You cannot use Bodied discounts or rewards in conjunction with insurance or health plan claims. These are reserved for clients who pay in full themselves.

No. The invoice will reflect the actual treatment delivered. We do not modify records to meet policy criteria.

No. All appointments intended for claim under a health insurance policy must be booked via the form on this page. We can provide a retrospective receipt, but it won’t contain the full breakdown needed for most claims.

Email and telephone number
Name of your healthcare provider
Treatment type and duration being booked
The more complete your information, the stronger your chance of claim approval.

No. Discounts and rewards are reserved for clients paying independently. Claims made through insurance or health cash plans will be billed at the standard rate.

Once your appointment has been invoiced and confirmed, any changes must go through the studio directly. Please do not use the online booking system to reschedule.
