Gift Cards: Available across our 45, 60, 75 & 90 minute massages, a massage gift card can be redeemed up to 12 months after purchase. If you're also opting for a postcard with you purchase, please note if you wish for us to include a message for your loved one. No message will be included on orders where a postcard has not been selected.
eVouchers: These massage gift cards are Bodied digital currency which can be redeemed in part or in their entirety up until their expiry. What the difference between a massage gift card and eVoucher?
Our physical gift cards are received by mail and can be redeemed against treatments that are 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length. Whereas our online eVouchers are Bodied digital currency that you can use across all our services. Read more here.
How long does it take for a gift card to arrive?
We dispatch our gift cards within 3 - 5 working days using the Royal Mail First Class service which usually take 1 - 2 business days to arrive. eVouchers are sent to the recipients almost instantaneously, which is governed by when you complete your checkout.
I’m overseas, can I purchase a Massage Gift Card for a loved one?
Of course you can! Simply ensure you include the recipient’s name, delivery address here in the UK, and your message to them, and they can redeem their massage gift card at their convenience.
I’ve been gifted a Bodied voucher how do I redeem it?
Aren’t you lucky! If you've been gifted a physical gift card, email us with your full name, your card reference number and your future availability.
If you've been gifted an eVoucher, go ahead and lock in an appointment by emailing our client team . Please find your desired slot first via our online booking system, and we'll apply your voucher code if you do not wish to pay a deposit online.
How long is my Bodied voucher good for?
All of our London massage gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months. You’ll see a date printed on your massage gift card , which will indicate exactly when it is due to expire. If you do not book your massage before that date and should your gift expire, you will no longer be able to redeem Please see our full Terms and Conditions.
We've just received a Tandem gift card, how do we redeem these?
Our Tandem gift cards work like all the other gift cards, redeemable for up to six months. However, they can only be jointly used on Tandem appointments, so please be sure to jointly check schedules and select a Tandem appointment that works for you both. Our full Terms and Conditions will always apply, please ensure you read then when you book.
How do I send an eVoucher Card?
Start by selecting the eVoucher value you're most interested in. Add the quantity, click continue and follow the 'Email as a Gift' instructions.
