Can you state that I had a different treatment on an invoice?

Unfortunately we cannot help with this. What is noted within the invoice is what will be administered during your appointment. 

Can I retrospectively request an invoice for a claim?

Sadly not.  All appointments using an existing policy, must be requested via the booking form located on this page, in order to receive a thorough invoice. Retrospect receipts can be provided, but are far less detailed.

What details will you require from me to process an invoice?

We will require from you, your full name, address, email and telephone number. We will also require the name of your provider, the details of which treatment (and how much time) you're interested in. 

Can I use a Bodied discount with my insurance claim?

Sadly not. As a micro-business we will not be able to pass on savings to large scale insurance companies. These rewards are reserved for clients independently paying the cost of their treatments, to ensure they retain as much of their finances as possible. 

For those of you potentially using a health cash plan (such as Health Shield or MediCash), or an insurance policy, this page should provide you with useful details prior to booking. 

If massage therapy is a service your provider will accept, an invoice can be provided for the purpose of supporting your claim. Please use the booking form on this page to request an appointment and we will use the details provided to generate a detailed invoice.

The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA)

Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM)

It is important, that you check with your provider what qualifications or associations are deemed as acceptable prior to requesting an appointment at Bodied. 

Should you book an appointment without completing the form below, we are not be able to generate an invoice for you once the appointment has completed. It is important that you complete this form in advance and in its entirety, if you wish to make a claim. 

Please note that you cannot redeem Bodied rewards and discounts with insurance and health plan claims. These are reserved for clients who independently bear the full financial cost of treatments.
